Codsall Christmas Fair is now the premier Christmas event in South Staffordshire and 2025 is set to be another spectacular year with more fun, more food and more entertainment
This year, we will have three live bands with our new band Harry and the Hailers in front of the Crown and in Station Road, we have the amazing Wolverhampton Ukulele Band and, making a return following their debut in 2023, the incredible Steel and Strings Caribbean Band.
A wide range of hot food outlets throughout the Event Area and our village shops, cafes and pubs will all be open offering tasty snacks and meals throughout the event
We will again have the brilliant street entertainer Steve Kaos performing his “feats in the streets” and are delighted to welcome back spectacular Fire Eater, Alisha Twine who will be warming things up in front of The Crown
Santa will again be in Station Road for our younger visitors to meet Santa, receive a gift and post their Christmas wish list
The Fairground will again take over the whole of The Crown car park. There will be lots of rides and games for the kids and there will also be the kiddies roundabout in Church Road and bouncy castles at The Bull
There will be up to 60 stalls selling a whole variety of Christmas themed goods including toys, gifts, decorations and, of course, hot food and there will be plenty of new stalls
Codsall village shops, pubs and clubs will all be entering into the festive mood and will be open thought the event. Some of the pubs and clubs will also be offering food and entertainment later in the evening
In addition to the 4 village centre car parks, there is additional parking available at the Codsall Village Hall (80+ spaces; 2 minutes’ walk), Codsall Station (30 spaces; 3 minutes’ walk) and at the South Staffordshire District Council offices (6 minutes’ walk)

Codsall Christmas Fair Group has had the honour of being voted “Volunteer Team of the Year” by Support Staffordshire in both 2021 and 2022. In addition, in 2025, we were awarded Certificate of Recognition from Support Staffordshire. These are great honours and reflect both the hard work that goes into staging this event but also the contribution the Christmas fair makes to the community of Codsall.
